WineHoliday is a commercial service operated by THE GRAPE SCREAM DI DOMANDA LIUBA E PISTAMIGLIO OMAR SNC.

WineHoliday offers the sale and local delivery of selected wines, beverages, food products, fresh local products, WineHoliday Boxes, BBQ Boxes and related products, together with private wine tasting experiences, in selected service locations in Piemonte.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

WineHoliday sells alcoholic beverages.

Under Italian law, alcoholic beverages may not be sold or supplied to persons under 18 years of age. Where the buyer's legal age is not manifest, identification may be requested.

By purchasing alcoholic beverages through WineHoliday, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

An adult aged 18 or over must also be available to receive alcoholic products at delivery.

WineHoliday may request proof of age and may refuse to hand over alcoholic beverages where the applicable age requirement is not satisfied.

Applicable Law and Consumer Protection

The WineHoliday website and contracts concluded through it are governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.

Nothing in this Legal Notice restricts mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable Italian or European Union law.

The competent court for any dispute will be determined according to applicable law, including mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules where relevant. EU rules provide specific jurisdictional protections for qualifying consumer contracts.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers may have access to recognised alternative dispute resolution procedures and consumer-protection bodies under applicable Italian and European Union law.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued. Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025.

WineHoliday therefore does not provide or refer customers to the former EU ODR platform.

Liability

Customers are responsible for following product storage, refrigeration, handling and consumption instructions provided with the products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WineHoliday is not responsible for deterioration or damage resulting solely from improper storage, handling or use after delivery.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

Information published on the WineHoliday website is provided to describe the products and services offered and may be updated periodically.
