Delivery Area

Delivery is available only to registered partner accommodations located within the active WineHoliday delivery areas.

Availability is verified during checkout. If the accommodation is outside the current delivery area, delivery may not be available.

WineHoliday reserves the right to update active delivery areas based on operational capacity and route planning.


Delivery Method

All deliveries are made directly by WineHoliday using our own vehicle. No third-party couriers are used for local deliveries.


Delivery Windows

WineHoliday deliveries are available in selected delivery windows:

  • Morning Delivery: 10:00–11:30
  • Late Morning Delivery: 11:30–13:00

Customers choose a delivery window, not an exact delivery time. A more precise estimated arrival time will be communicated on the delivery day, after the route has been organised.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, access conditions, route changes, weather, or other operational reasons.


Order Cut-Off

Orders close at 23:59 the day before delivery.

Orders placed after the cut-off may only be available for the next available delivery date.


Minimum Order

Minimum delivery order: €69.

Single bottles, food products, beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks can be added to WineHoliday boxes or combined with other products to reach the minimum order.


Delivery Days

No deliveries on Tuesdays.


Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery for orders over €120.00
  • Delivery fee: €7.90 for orders under €120.00

Partner Structures / Registered Accommodations

WineHoliday delivery is designed for villas, holiday homes and accommodations registered within the WineHoliday partner network or located inside active delivery areas.

Customers may be asked to provide: villa/accommodation name, full delivery address, postcode, phone number, access instructions if needed.

Incomplete delivery information may delay or prevent delivery.


Delivery Window — Important Notice

The delivery window selected at checkout is not an exact delivery appointment. WineHoliday organises deliveries by route in order to keep the service efficient.

A more precise estimated arrival time will be sent on the delivery day once the route has been organised. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed exact times.


Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address, phone number and access instructions.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of access, absence of the recipient, or inability to contact the customer, WineHoliday may not be able to refund the order.

For orders containing alcoholic products, the recipient must be at least 18 years old.


European Shipping — "Piemonte at Home" Subscription

The product "Piemonte at Home – 6 Bottle Experience" is shipped across Europe via express courier.

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days from the shipping date
  • Shipping cost: included in the product price
  • Countries served: all European Union countries
