CANCELLATION POLICY
Delivery Order Cancellation
Delivery orders can be cancelled only before preparation has started and before the daily operational cut-off.
Orders close at 23:59 the day before delivery.
Once an order has been prepared for delivery, it may no longer be cancellable or refundable.

Private Tasting Cancellation
Private tastings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled tasting time, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tasting may not be refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation — Piemonte at Home
The "Piemonte at Home" subscription or recurring order can be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled shipment.
To cancel a subscription, contact: hello@wineholiday.it
Cancellations requested after a shipment has been prepared or dispatched may not be processed for that shipment cycle.
