The ASSETATO is the signature aperitivo created by /served at Enoteca Assetati in Asti.

For WineHoliday, we bring it to your villa as a simple cocktail kit with original sealed bottles and an easy serving idea.

Fresh, sparkling and slightly bitter, ASSETATO is our Piemonte alternative to the classic Italian Spritz — designed for relaxed aperitivo moments at the villa.

What's included

• Contratto Aperitif — 1 litre bottle
• Prediomagno Metodo Martinotti Brut Ruchè — 0.75 litre bottle

One kit serves approximately 8–10 aperitivo glasses.

How to serve

Serve chilled over ice. Pour roughly half Contratto Aperitif and half Prediomagno Brut Ruchè into a wine glass or tumbler. Stir gently and enjoy.

Optional: add an orange slice or citrus garnish.
